I need to know how to dance country?

i am going to a wedding this saturday and i need to know how to get by...please help

Well, it depends on kind of dancing they do...two step is done across the country, but there are regional variations...generally, it is done as quick, quick, slow, slow.  Each quick is one beat, each slow is two.  Men start left, ladies right.

  Line dancing varies from place to place- different dances done/ taught by different instructors.  Some you may be able to pick up on the fly, some you won't.

  they also do some pattern partner dances, also different in different places.  They also do some swing dancing.
