I need to know how to get chikorita, cyndiquil or totildial on pokemon emerald!?

when you fill up the hoen pokedex, do you have to catch them all? Do you HAVE to trade with other games to fill in the hoen pokedex or can you just find them on pokemon emerald?

There are some pokemon you can't get on emerald such as roselia and lunatone so you will have to trade with other games and yes you have to obtain everyone in the hoenn dex.

ok i dnt have the game but its simple u have to complete the hoenn dex then go to proffessor and he will give u a choice of cyndaquil, chicarita or tododile and u get 1
