Use http://abrax.us/Katamari/SectionManager.... click on the cirl next to "Comments," then you can select the things you want to hide. It's a very good site.

well, i don't think you can hide those excact elements, but i do know that you can hide all your coments completely but keep the add comment link and the view all comments link

which is this code:

you can also hide your comments altogether including the links
