I need to know how to make a contract/written agreement!?

Question

Me and my girlfriend are splitting up and we have a child together.I want to make a contract stating that my daughter is fully under my care and she has no custody rights.she is in agreement but we need a contract because she will probably change her mind when she gets back with her family who are all psychos.literally.its a messed up situation and i need help.i dont have a lawyer so i dont have any guidance on this issue.do i need a lwyer?do i need to get it notarized for it to be legal? i dont know.please help me out here i would greatly appreciate it!

You need to have it approved by a court to make it legally binding.  See a lawyer.
