I need to know how to make a sock puppet dog?

My sister saw one and she wants one really bad and I was wondering if anyone knew how to make one

No she is not a little girl she is a 20 year old college student with nothing better to do with her time other then make a sock puppet.

And no don't say she needs to get a job or anything she is a very smart Chemical Engineer student and right now is co-oping in West Virginia making crazy amounts of money but didn't think it was worth it to get internet and cable so nothing to do.
