I need to know how to start a rodeo team?can any of you country folk help me?

I FINALY got school permission to start a rodeo team, but how do i do it?? I have a GREAT coach that has agreed to do it, I have people wanting to donate to get us started, we have all the livestock ; horses, stears, calves, bulls, the whole nine yards, I just need to know HOW to get in the circuit. If you can help, PLEASE do. Thank you all sooo much.

I would approuch the council for rodeos and start from there

as a friend mine had to that and they gave  him contacts on how to get on the circuit and get the licince because as usually you have to have a licine and I think you would be able to find there details on the net so good luck with it all
