I need to know how to stop my basement from leaking and i dont mean little leaks.?

When it rains the water comes in through large cracks with some force behind it

You could go outside and dig down about 1 ft below the basement floor and run a tile field out to the sewer, and roll on the tar sealer on the walls and cover with water guard plastic stuff and back fill with gravel. This should do it, the cost of material may vary but the work is the same. Hard as heck!
