I need to know how to upload video from my canon s5 to youtube? How do I convert it to the right file?

I recently purchased a canon s5 and I have a baseball video I want to upload. However, it uploaded in the wrong format and I don't know how to change that. Also, can I change the one already uploaded to the correct format?

you download the file from realplayer then you save it then drag it to ur cannon s5
