I need to know if a red dog tag necklace is from saint jude's?

This kid wore a red dog tag necklace, I think from Saint Jude's hospital or something. I'm not sure. But the kid was an orphan and his mother gave it to him. Then he lost it. Does anybody know where this dog tag came from?
