  1. What are you...crazy?

  2. i experience this on a daily bases, but i learned how to live with it, i receive treatment for this

  3. I was too, I used to feel the same way. Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.

I had overwhelming anxiety. It turned out to be a chemical they put in food called sucralose. And it is in a lot of stuff. From fitness water to tomato sauce.

Sucralose is what Splenda is. Sadly, the package doesn't have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels.

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

  5. I have and have had them. They are not harmless. They can interfere with your life.  You feel embarrassed and ashamed that no one else will understand.

  7. I've been getting them alot too. I woke up last month scared to death because i thought i was having a heart attack, my heart was beating so fast. My whole body went numb (felt like pins and needles everywhere). Its hard to explain it, but i felt like i couldnt control my own body. When i stood up i thought i was going to fall over. The pins and needels feeling actually lasted for a week once. I tried talking to my friends and parents about it but no one seems to understand how im feeling exactly. Everyone just says stops stressing, but thats easier said thn done. im going to see a doctos in a couple of days, you should too. they  could possibly get worse, and you might have to be put on medication. get it taken can of quick.

  8. i think that all these people are freaked out about panic attacks, enough so that they get one from extreme anxiety about said panic attacks. its all in your head, i say. when it happens just take deep breaths and think about how its all in your head, and your just having a panic attack, a harmless panic attack - nothing less.

  9. I have dealt with panic attacks for a long time. There were days last semester in college that I would have to leave the room so I could catch my breath. It is truly a miserable feeling. It really limits my activities. I hope you feel better.I know what you are going through!
