I need to know if the material that skydivers wear is water proof but not air resistant.?

I am trying to do a project and I need a fabric that is not air resistant but water proof. In the question I don't mean their parachute but the actual clothes that they wear.

Well, the jumpsuit I have is ballistic nylon...water repellent, but not proof.

I would suggest finding some MemBrain, Conduit, Hyvent, H2N0, or Gore-Tex.  All are breathable and waterproof.

To do it on the cheap, you can get some synthetic material (those nylon jumpsuits are a good choice, so's most modern jogging outfits), and misting it with polyurethane.  It won't give the best end product, but they don't do much different to make the actual stuff.
