All I can tell you is the site is 100% free of viruses and does not hide behind a proxy.  

If you purchase from this URL, I don´t see a VERISIGN, saying that when you use your cc, that the transaction will be encrypted.

Otherwise looks fine.

Based on that I would say no because it has no form of security whatsoever.  Such a site would normally be expected to be verified by Verisign or similar and also have https:// prefix or padlock icon.

This site has NO security installed although the registrars details would appear to be correct.

Personally, with the lack of security I would look elsewhere for a secure site.
