is there any possible way if a spirit were to enter me if i could somehow control it and trap it in my body?

if that is possible how would i be able to bring dark spirits back and trap them inside my body?

In my opinion, unless you are an expert, you shouldn't mess around with things you know nothing about. You may be opening a door, to which you may not be able to close. Either way, here's some information. Good Luck!

-Tell the spirit or ghost to seek the light, and that its physical body has perished and it's time (and good) to leave this physical realm. Tell the ghost/spirit(s) that they will see other spirits (loved ones) who are called to direct and guide them; and will be treated with love and forgiveness no matter what they have done. Tell them that they can be affecting others negatively, and that it is time for them to move on unto peace and enjoyment.

You would have to give up control over your body spirit and mind.  It would not be a very wise decision.  If you can speak/see a spirit you can ask it to go into the light.

You can get rid of spirits by saying a house blessing/saging or simply ask the spirit to leave.

if you dont know or fully understand what you are doing then magic can be self harming. you can be possesed by spirits if you dont protect yourself.there is black magic and white magic black is dabbiling with the dark side, why would you want to trap dark spirits in your body, you dont know what your saying here, just remember the rule of three fold, that what ever you do comes back three fold. do some reading...

Spirits are more difficult to control than this. If you are not prepared they can make things very difficult for you. It is often easier to attract a spirit than get rid of it afterward, so caution is advised.

1.Use Banishing or Satan Be Gone Incense. If it's real bad, use Asafoetida.

2. I'd use Peaceful Home or a blessing incense.

3. What do you mean by "setting them free"?
