I need to know of foods high in protein but low in fat please?

Tofu, venison, buffalo, eggs (limit to 1-2 per week), wild boar, most fish (choose the fatty fish like salmon and tuna for Omega 3)....these are just a few that are quite high in protein and low or sort of low in fat. Look for wild game meats when you want something in the red meat category. I list eggs because they contain lecithin in the yolks and that is necessary for good brain function.
