ok, so my neighbor brought his niece over from macedonia, she is 14 years old and she doesnt speack much english or anything and there trying to get her to stay here in america(Michigan) and they want her to go to school here but wat i wanna know is will they be able to keep her here and if so how?

If she is legal sure, why not.

She is young she will learn the language really fast, that's not a problem.

get a visa of course and I think there is an exchange student program or special visa's for students. check with the school and immegration because the laws are changing all the time.
