I need to know some land workouts for rowers.?

Other than the usual squats,abs. i need more and some specific ones. please and thanks =]

  1. When I'm doing a fitness circuit, I always do this;

    1.5-minute ergo to warm up.

    2.STRETCH (this is important!)

    3.2 4-kilometre ergo pieces.

    4.Squats, burpees, sit-ups, pushups, sprints, plank, crunches; about 30-40 seconds each repeated 5-6 times.  All good for core stability and general fitness.

    5.Slow ergo piece for a few minutes to cool down.

    6.Stretch again.

    We do this 2-3 times a week.
