I need to know some stuff about Warrior Transition for Army

ok so i am going to WTC. First off, i love working out. I workout everyday and i am into bodybuilding and heavy weight lifting. Im sure there wont be any time to lift weights in WTC (or will there?) but can we bring supplements and whey protein to WTC so i wont lose my mass like i did in boot camp?

  1. dont no what camp your going to but here at ft sill i see soldiers purchasing that stuff all the time so i guess its ok as to woring out there are plenty of gyms on post with weights after training my son went and lifted weights so see why not they also have pt everyday early in da morning he is in iraq rite now and said he still works out and does pt there  thank you for your service  soldier and good luck 2 you


  2. Are you talking about WLC formally know as PLDC.  Or, are you talking about the WTU warrior transition unit?????
