I need to know the name of an old delaware prison anyone know????

I need to know the name of a prison that used to be located on what now is a baseball field/park on route 41 and kirkwood highway. There is still a tower up but i cannot find any information or name of the old prison. I believe it was a prison back in the 50s and maybe the early 60s it is in new castle county please help!!!!
