  1. Technically, the answer is B. But on the last week of the month, you may find yourself being cited for d**n near anything.

  2. B - say if the road is 45mph, and it's a sheet of ice, you shouldn't be doing 45mph. Thats just an example.

  3. B is correct. The basic speed law is that you drive at a speed that is reasonable and proper, but in no event faster than the posted speed limit.

  4. a) never...the speed limits the speed limit.

  5. It would have to Be answer B. Because it could apply to Answer C. Most of the time The posted speed is not the safest speed I would never go 45 on a 45 street if it have just been snowed on. and most people slow down by at least 5 mph after dark. Also the speed limit drops when there is construction going on.

  6. you forgot d) all of the above

  7. I know in the rain you are suppose to go slower but I have never seen anyone pulled over who went the speed limit in the rain. I know in construction zones you have to go slower than the average speed limit or you can get pulled over. I am going to have to go with B. B/c lets say there is a hill and the speed limit is 40 mph and it is raining chances are you will go down much slower.

  8. b.:  Say there was an accident or road construction and you kept going the faster speed and didn't slow down they can stop you.

  9. B

  10. B.

In unsafe conditions, an officer can easily make a cause of negligence and unsafe driving. Rain, ice, snow, even some dirt roads.
