I am hoping to raise pastured poultry this spring. I need to find a government approved poultry butcher in Alberta Canada. The only one I could find is in St.Paul (Lakeland Poultry) That is way too far from me (6 hours away).

Does anyone know of another place?

I am only going to be raising a few hundred, I will be selling it to other people, privatly, so it needs to be an approved place. And somewere that I would get my own birds back so that I could sell them my self (nothing like Lilydale)

thank You All
