I have a 8" 250watt (125 continous power) boss chaos subwoofer. I need a vented enclosure but do not no how to find the dimensions to get the most bass

doesn't it come with box specs?

i would think something around 0.5-0.75 cu" with about 12-18sq" of port tuned to about 36-40Hz.

hi rj. according to boss audio systems the recommended ported enclosure for your sub is .55cu.ft. internal box volume with a 3in. x 6in. port.
