My chiropractor did acupressure on me today and said said that my gall bladder was not good, when he was dealing with my pressure points in my legs. He said it was all connected.

I asked me if I liked beets, which I can not stand! He then recommend lemon juice, olive oil, and cyenne pepper! Gross! Is there anything else that I can take to restore my gall bladder. I have been reading to cut out fatty foods and pork.

Thanks for your answers in advance.

  1. I would do a tune up and rejuvenation of the elimination system and tends to help all the other glands as well down the line.

I would use to strengthen them (rather than the herbal whipping it into shape your Chiro suggested) I would use Australian Bush Flower Essences Purifying essence

"Australian Bush Flower Healing" by Ian White

  2. fish and other foods high in O mega fatty acids. Your gallbladder needs at least 25g of good fat a day inorder to contract to flush out the toxins in itstay away from hydrogenated AND partiallyhydrogenated fats.
