wear a skirt thats faded and a cami then a white blouse on it with some bright sneakers and get a waist belt thats the same color as your shoes....get some nice jewlery maybe silver.

then make a medium pouf and make you hair wavy/curly.

dont wear alot of makeup just a little bit of eye shadow and lip gloss.

if you want to be popular, change your attitude that everyone likes, i don't think you can be popular just by looks only when you are totally boring ... well if the popular are superficial then go to Urban Planet ... great clothes and bags, ask someone to pick clothes for you that matches you or pick the model of clothes there...
