I need to know when i am ovulating?? can anyone help me??

i had my period 2 weeks late last month. it was supposed to come on the 25th of june but it didnt come until the 8th of july and it only lasted 2 1/2 days. now today it is the 4th and i havent had a period but i have bright red blood when i wipe. so my question is when do you think i would ovulate. lately i have been feeling sharp pains in my sides and i have been having discharge to. i went to an ovulation chart and i put in the 8th as my last period instead of my regular ones and the dates they said were august 3rd through the 8th. HELP!!!!!!i really am trying to have another baby. please help

It is difficult to figure out ovualtion after it happened. I recommend you start taking your waking basal body temperature. This will tell you exactly when you ovulated (helpful in knowing when to test and knowing that your period should come in exactly 14 days). It will not predict it as OPKs will, but it will confirm it. I recommend going to fertilityfriend.com It is a FREE charting website that calculates everything for you!!! GOOD LUCK!

The only thing you can do right now is just wait for your period to be over. YOu can buy ovulation tests and start using them as soon as your period finish. Usually women ovulate 14 days before their next cycle. If your cycle is 30 days that  means that your ovulation is around day 16.

I think you are going to get your period soon, so be patient and buy ovulation tests. Good luck!!!
