I need to know when it is 7am in UK, what time is it in central time? Thx?

I need to call someone in the UK at 7am UK time. And I am in USA central time. Need to know how many hours ahead the UK is from USA central

If you have a look at this site you can find out exactly what the time is anywhere in the world at the same time as where you are.  It's easy to work out time differences from that...

All of the UK is the same time as shown for London.

Subtract 6 hours normally and 5 hours during daylight savings time.

1am as central is -6 hours, as both zones implement daylight saving time this does not change throught the year.
