I need to know where i can find and what its called.?

alright, this thing was advertised on tv, for of course it was 19.99 and all. this device delivered a shock from it to where ever you would zap your self with it. you could also help other people. i know it works, seen it used. i want one, and none can be found, nor do i now what its called. but it was black, tube with that came to a point, metal tip and finger grips like coffee mug handles and lastly a button on the back.

It's called an activator, but don't know what the TV ad would have called it.
