I need to know where there is a webby where there r step by step instructions of how to tack a horse up?

i am a novice and am looking into getting a horse but i would like to find a website where there r step by step instructions WITH PICTURES of how to tack up a horse for HACKS does anyone know of any sites please many thanks

USPC has these books with pictures too. There is a downside to using only pics though, as  a lot is feel: how tight to make the girth, where to put your hands, so much. For a few lessons you could have much better idea of how to do it correctly ( it is different for each horse) Ive never seen comprehensive step by step instructions,they would be very lengthy! Do try this USPC site though, its pretty good. what by the way is HACKS? Just casual riding out or a game site?

I am sorry, but I find it funny how someone who is most definentley not in USPC is advertising their books.  However I am in pony club, I do not know if you know that much about it. But I suggest that you get the D level, C level, and B HA and A level book. They give you a lot of information from all of the parts of the horse to how to TACK UP and ride and ride in the open or on highways. Also they give you information about deworming and different types of drugs and the effects of the drugs. All in all  its pretty much a book for kids that has the information that a vet or an upper level PC member could possibly contain
