Yes, at some post offices. It must be in a proper size envelope with info on the envelope as required.

The taxpayer will have to bring the tax return, photocopy of the first page of the return and an envelope to the authorised post office. The envelope should have the PAN number of the assessee, assessment year, circle/ward number of the assessing offices and name and address of the assessee.
