have been issued a travel document inn place of my passport.

i need to know whether the Qatar immigration would issue a visa for me to travel to Qatar.

please help me!

It depends on your Nationality and what kind of visa you want to apply for. If you are a Gulf National it may work for a tourist visa but it will not work if you belong to any other Nationality or want to apply for another visa than a tourist visa.
