I need to knw the things US embassy might require of me when ive alredy the working visa from my US employer?

my US employer based in Texas will shoulder everything from lodging, food, airfare and working visa. will the US embassy in manila still require me more stuff like collateral, properties, pocket money bfore and during the interview?
