I need to learn Medical Terminology...can you point me to a website or book to learn from?

Here is what the Job Ad says

Responsible for the registration of Hospital patients and performs other duties pertaining to the registration process. Knowledge of Medical terminology, strong personal computer skills, accuracy, and the ability to relate well to others required.

I can do all of that I just dont have any knowledge of Medical lingo. Is there a website or possibly a book maybe I could read up on and get basic knowledge of this?

I suggest you try amazon.com in the book section.  You will find a wide array of textbooks and other educational aids.
