I'm at school right now and Youtube is blocked so dont tell me to go on it

Can anyone tell me the instructions to the dance??!?!?!!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!????

1. jump and criss cross your legs then jump back, then hit your butt with the heel of your left foot

2. right foot step left, then step back to original position, then bring it up to your waist and touch the knee with your right hand

3. punch it 2 times to the left, then crank it like you're accelerating a motorcycle

4. then superman move to the right (kind of like a swim move)

5. then YOOOOOOOOU 4 times!!!

6. reverse

The only part I know is the chorus and even that I probably butcher, but I can try (I'm bad at describing anything in life, btw).

When you start the chorus you jump and land with your left foot crossed behind the right.  Then jump again with your feet maybe shoulder width apart.  Then kick your left leg up behind you kind of to your butt (that's all I can think of as to describe it).  Then just bring your leg down to shoulder width position again.  Then kind of pop back, pop forward, then pop back again while kind of leaning to the left a little.  Then touch your left foot maybe a foot in front, then the side, then bring your knee up, then go into the superman (just pushing both arms out like you're trying to fly).  That's all I know, hope it helps.

um...that dance is on you-tube it tells u step by step I'm just telling u couse its a long dance and to write it step by step is longer so i recommend u to watch it on you-tube.com couse i don't think people will tell u step by step but by writing it.(not 2 b mean)solja boy dance is old besides solja boy has alot of songs with alot of dances. what song is it ??????????
