I need to learn to speak Spanish! Can you help? 10 points if you can!!!?

I am trying to learn Spanish to better my chances for getting a good job. I have recently purchased Rosetta Stone and I feel like I've learned a lot so far, but I am worried because I don't feel as thought the Spanish that I hqave learned will help me in the work place. I am going to take a class next semester, but for the time being I'd like to learn some common phrases that will be used in the workplace. Does anyone know a website that will be able to give me this information? It is really important that I learn Spanish and the faster I learn it, the better! Thanks for your help.

I just noticed the other day that my local library now offers free language lessons on-line. Check out your local library and see if they offer that also.
