I need to live and work Swizterland.How can i get support to do my idea?

My name is Chaminda.i am 29 years old.My country is Sri Lanka.By this time I have been working in a contracting company as an Auto CAD Draughtsman in Qatar. When i was working in this company my all certificates were burnt from our camp fire. Still they haven't got any action on behalf of my lost things.So, i am not in a possition to work here anymore.I want to find out another country.I selected swizterland.But i don't have any idea how to get a job?, How to get visa?,What are the procedures to success my idea?,How can i get support for it? You can get duplicate copies of all your certificates from the college/school/university and use them. You should probably search the employment news and the internet for jobs in swizterland and whether they are interested in hiring a foreigner. Once you get selected for a particular job there, the company will arrange for your visa, ticket, accomodation, etc.

Why dont you select some other Middle Eastern Country, because there is a huge demand for skilled labour force in the middle east.
