I need to loose 50 pnds by Ocotber...?

okhere's waht i want...loose the weigh, tone my abs, arms, back and b***s [as in perkier] and create a butt....any particular excercize i need to do? thank you!

  1. That is maybe 10 pounds a week, which is most likely impossible or very very unhealthy. 1-2 pounds a week is usually recommended. which means in 5 weeks that is around 10 pounds.

    If it is possible you will most likely gain it back soon, starting or continuing a bad life style.

    weight loss is about diet and activity habits, do some reading. good luck. peace out.


  2. If it were that easy to lose 50lbs, there'd be no such thing as obesity.  If you really are willing to attempt to lose that much weight (it'll take longer than October) then you'll need to get referred to a specialist by your doctor.

  3. First of all your not going to lose 50 lbs by october, because there are only 5 weeks left until october and you CAN'T lose 50 pounds in 5 weeks, just go swimming, it is the best that you can do and it is fun

  4. Drink fruit juices and water = loose weight but gives you energy

  6. get a personal trainer you prob. wont loose 50 pounds that soon but he can help you pick out a good diet and you need to be exersizing

  9. Not at all realistic or healthy.  Try setting a more obtainable goal, like 10lbs so that you won't end up discouraged.  

  10. To get some booty, do lots of squats!  To tone your abs and arms, get an exercise ball and do crunches and balancing exercises and push-ups on it.  For the chest and arms, lift some weights.  The push-ups will also help with your chest.

  11. This question would have been feasible back in January or February. If you eat perfectly, start exercising tonight and stay religious to a healthy eating program you can hop to lose maybe 10 lbs of fat by then.

  13. That's unhealthy to lose that amt. of wt. in that short of time. Diet and Exercise. Cut back on carbs, drink plenty of water and eat a lot of fiber ( lots of green veggies, nuts) fruits ( some have carbs/natural sugars), milk is considered a carb. So, probably eat about 6 smaller meals a day with combo of carbs/protein. Walking is best and doesn't cost anything. But, to shape your thighs/legs, squats would be good for that. weights would tone your arms. People say pilates is good for toning but, I don't know. Walking and Eating right helped me lose but, I lost mine really slow and I have  a long way to go but, I'm 41 yrs. old with a toddler that keeps me running ragged. I have a lot of hills in my sub. so, I was walking for awhile. So, hope this helped. Go to the gym and see about getting a personal trainer if you can afford it. Good luck! if you lose it too quickly you'll tend to binge eat and put it all back on and then some. So, lose it in a slower healthier way and it'll tend to stay off and it'll better to maintain. It's a life change not to be overnight kind of deal. best wishes to reaching you goal.
