Question:

I need to loose as much weight as possible - any suggestions?

I already work out 3 times a week and my diet is pretty healthy -

just looking to see if some one has some other tips to help. Thanks!

  1. You should really start off by not stating your goal to be to lose "as much weight as possible". Set yourself a target weight (or an amount to lose) along with a reasonable time frame for achieving that goal. (And no, "as quickly as possible" isn't a reasonable time frame.)

    While it took me about 8-9 months to drop my weight from 225+ to around 175, I've been able to keep the weight off for over 6 years since losing it.


  2. Is your diet really healthy?

    You may think it is, but it can be deceiving.

    How many times are you eating a day?

    If you think everything is good, then just exercise more and wait it out is all I can tell you.  

  3. Avoid starchy and refined foods.  Eat lots of green veggies and protein/
