I have eleven days and i want to loose five to ten pounds what can i do what are the fastest diets and exercises

  2. Honestly, five pounds in eleven days is A LOT of weight to try to lose. In most scenarios, weight that is dropped that quickly probably won't stay off in the long term.

    My best advice is to exercise, drink lots of water, take a multivitamin daily, and choose VERY wisely what you eat (although do not starve yourself or eat below 900-1200 calories, this will not help you lose weight!) What you could try is a seven or eight day diet like the "Cabbage Soup Diet", which pretty much limits you to eating things such as soup, fresh fruits, and vegetables for about a week. If you're overweight or if you have more weight to lose, the weight will probably come off a lot easier, and this short diet can kickstart losing those five pounds. However, if you're thinner.. the weight will definitely be harder and will take more effort to shed.

Intense cardio at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.  The morning will boost your metabolism for the day.  Also fruits and veggies, no to low carbs.   Now this diet is not healthy, however it does work for fast results.  If your lifestyle fits, try cardio three times a day.
