  1. You can't lose it this fast. You can lose about 4 pounds or maybe more but that would include water weight.Try this

    Breakfast

Egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast

10:30 Am Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

Lunch--Huge green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, vinaigrette dressing, plus skinles chicken, turkey or fish

3:30 PM Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

Dinner--Huge plate of greens (spinach, broccoli, cabbage, kale) plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish

Drink 8 glasses of water and all the sugar free lemonade you want

  2. You can loose that in two weeks but it will take discipline.  First if you cut out all salt from your diet that will eliminate excess water weight.  Then you cut all carbs.  And you must by all means do cardio exercise everyday for a minimum of 30-45 minutes.  And drink only water no juices no nothing water has no calories and if you must add flavor make sure it is zero calories like a diet drink.  Now when you stop it you may gain the weight back if you stop exercising but if you continue the work out and eat well it will stay off.

  3. Experts say a healthy weight loss is 2 pounds per week.

The misconception is that if you barely eat anything AND work out, you'll lose weight. It's might be true, BUT very dangerous/harmful to the body system because if you don't have enough energy to do the work out, then you're going to wear your body out and pretty soon, you may end up in a hospital bed. Because you don't eat, your body will go into minimum metabolism rate, where it will burn as LITTLE fat as possible to retain fuel sources. So by eating lesser, your body will retain that you eat longer and you won't achieve any weight loss long-term.

Check this site out to see if you should be concerned with losing weight: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/. It's your BMI (ratio of your HEIGHT to your WEIGHT), set by the government to the standards for Americans. Healthy weight is not set using age and weight.

What you should do is change your eating habit to a healthier one and start exercising (people tell you this over and over because it WORKS!).

Disclaimer: I don't recommend any diet to you or anyone, but I just wanted to share my experience. You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body.

What I did was I went on an "eating-only-corn-flakes" diet. xD I lost the weight really quickly (~25 lbs). After a 2-3 weeks of eating only corn flakes with regular milk for breakfast/lunch/dinner (NO snacks whatsoever). (You can try it with skim, 1%, or 2% milk to lose even more weight.) I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits. I'm able to keep off the weight I've lost for ~6 years now. At summer camp, I've also went on a cereal-salad-and-skim milk "diet". For breakfast, I would only eat grain cereal with skim milk and drink another glass. For lunch and dinner each day, I had only a salad and two glasses of skim milk per meal. Camp was only 5 days, but I lost a considerable amount of weight for my father to notice my weight loss. xD

Currently, I've been exercising on my "air-stepper" at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I'm improving. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches (I lay on my Total Gym at an incline, so it's VERY easy and no back strain!); they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those "standing-up" crunches. I don't know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs. You can see a sample of it here: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness...

The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now. ^____^ Very happy with the results. You can do as many as your body can tolerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It's incredible!

If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yogurt, fruits, and other health foods. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk. ^_^

    Good luck! :D

  4. That is not a healthy thing to do, ......but you could try fasting.  Drink a lot of healthful drinks with nutrients and vitamins and proteins.

  5. kay, well one way is to go vegan for a while. this gave me a lot of energy and i drop peed a few pounds in a week.

i tried it as an experiment, and ill never do it again.

another way is to of course diet and exercise, but most people dont do this properly or break it.

depending on your fitness level adjust the number of reps you can do.

*And all the things I'm gonna say are in super sets (two exercises done without rest) then when theyre done take a 1 min rest, repeat til done

week 1 (mon, wed, fri or nonconsecutive days)

    3 sets

    a.1 - 15-20 push-ups

    a.2 - 15-20 body-weight squats

    3 sets

b.1 - 15-20 stationary bodyweight lunges (one leg then the other)

    b.2 - 15-20 pull-ups

    3 sets

    c.2 - 15-20 burpees

    c.3 - 45sec plank

if you dont know these exercises just look them up, theyre easy to find on the internet

    eating tips:

    - eat smaller meals throughout the day (i usually have 4-5)

    - consume enough high quality protein every day

-consume 25-35 grams of fiber each day

-avoid refined sugars and refined grains

-consume an adequate amount of fat

    -keep yourself hydrated all day

its also a good idea to have lot of carbs 45min - 1hour before you do the workout, and (apparently) 30-45 min after the workout you have to eat as much protein as you can to get the most out of it. i think this is bs, and its very inconvenient. but if you want to eat afterwards go ahead. i like having a protein shake after a workout to bulk up, but you just want to lose weight.

however, for every pound of muscle you gain you burn 50 calories every day by just being alive.

week 2 (mon wed fri or ...)

    3 sets

    a.1 - 20 dive bomber pushups

    a.2 - 15-20 squat jumps

    3 sets

    b.1 - 15-20 chin-ups

b.2 - 15 each side alternating split squat jump

    3 sets

    c.1 - 30 double crunch

c.2 - 45 sec single leg plank pose

  6. eat 1000 calories a day and exercise at least 1 hour a day.
