what exercies can i do while pregnant? i want to loose my arm fat....... and my face fat...... help!!

  1. well you have to be carful because you are pregnant.  i suggest getting a prenatal yoga video and doing it 4 times a week or when ever you can manage, Eat sensible lots of fruit and vegetables and lean meats. you will still gain weight because thats what pregnant ladies do but once you give birth you will loss an enormous amount of weigh very quickly.


  2. I heard dumbells (those little weights) help firm the skin underneath ur arm, face fat lol umm i don't know but ur probably swollen since ur pregnant so that should go away after u have ur baby. Don't worry :)

  3. you can swin when you are pregnant.

I feel your pain- but remember the weight gain while prego is good for the baby.  Everything will shrink down after you have the baby.  My nose got big when I was prego too and I hated it.  Within a day of having my daughter it went down immensely.  Worry about losing weight after you have the baby.  For now focus on staying healthy and fit.
