i need to lose ten pounds really fast! what is the quickest but still healthy way to do it?

  1. low carb

    run/jog for like 2 hrs once or twice a day and have lots of veggies  


  2. This is from my personal experience and opinions, actually I have read some articles before trying it myself:

    Find colostrum and lysine supplements.

    Take those supplements when you wake up in the morning.

    Don't eat anything for 2 hours but drinking only pure water and start your jogging.

    If you're strong and brave enough don't eat until lunch time

    To reduce your hunger just drink pure water and make your day full of activity so your mind don't focus on stomach

  5. How fast?? 1 day, 2day?? naaaa j/p umm well if you wana loose weight the key is calories.  

  6. Because you are lifting weights you may be gaining muscle, if you want to lose weight then you must burn the fat. Keep walking and crunching, not only cut down your meal portions make sure you are eating foods that burn quickly, and then you have to eat more good food so that your body wont store the fat when in starvation mode.

    Eat small healthy meals frequently and keep exercising..don't lift weights because you actually gain weight
