Question:

I need to lose 10 lbs in 1 week! Diuretics?

I have been wanting to join the Army and I needed to lose 26 lbs in 30 days. I lose about 18 or so and need to get another 7-10 lbs off. I get weighed in Tuesday morning at 6am. I don't care if its water weight as long as I weigh in lighter. I need some help!

  1. PORTION YOUR MEALS. DON'T EAT UNTIL YOU GET FULL, EAT UNTIL YOU GET COTENT!


  2. It's unhealthy to lose more than 5 pounds in one week let alone ten. And to boot thats the biggest amount most people can lose in a week. Anyone who tries to tell you different is just leading you on. Eat mostly fruits and vegi's and limit yourself to one piece of toast in the morning or one scoop of rice at supper (along with meat and vegi's) Dont go overboard on the starches. Don't have to much hard liquor and get lots of sleep. Go to the gym for about an hour and half each day and no snacking! You'll find that it will be easy to lose if you stay constant to these methods.

    You may get hungry but wait until your next meal and drink water if your hungry.
