I need to lose 10 lbs in 1 week for my vacation. What are some good foods w/ almost no calories at all??

I am looking for foods w/ very low calories, close to none if possibe. I urgently need to lose 10-15 lbs in a week. I work out everyday also, which includes cardio and light weights. Please help. I am 5'8' and weigh almost 180 lbs...

  4. you're not going to lose 10-15 pounds in a week. LOL. No calories is also bad as you s***w up your metabolism and lose muscle (hello more body fat). It didn't take you a week to get overweight and it will take you more than a week to get to a decent size.

  5. I eat 800 calories and work out 3 hours a day but i only lose 2 pounds a week so you will not be able you lose that 10 pounds, because you need to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound so that means you need to burn like 35000 calories and need to burn 5000 a day so it is not possible Sorry.
