  1. This is possible. And it is possible to keep that weight off without any difficulty. It all depends on your eating pattern after the 30 days. So long as you do not go back to your previous eating patterns (which presumably have led to your extra weight in the first place), you should be able to keep it off.

    Smaller meals four times per day, spaced at least 2 and 1/2 hours apart is one of the tricks.


  2. It is not a good idea to loose that much weight in such a short period. First of all you will gain the weight very quickly again, and even though you may have a thinner body which looks healthier you surely will not be any healthier. I recommend that you loose the weight over a much longer period, 1 kg. each week is more healthy and realistic, or maybe every two weeks even.

    The main thing is to eat right food and do exercise. or you can join some good weight loss program, so you will have more systematic approach to you goal.

  4. Good luck with that. If you actually achieve this, you will put it straight back on! That is an unhealthy amount to lose in such a short period. Normal people shouldn't do this.
