I need to lose 26 pounds and tone up. I have a treadmill but HOW DO I DO IT?!?

im 176 pounds and 6 foot. i want to get to 140 but i dont really know how?

Should i walk or run?

How long should i walk/run for every day?

How long till i reach my goal if i did this 6 days a week?

  2. i looked up cardio interval training for beginners

    site below list for how long to walk or run and what speeds.

    i think it should realisticly take at least 3months or more to do it in a healthy way. but you will notice a big difference after the first 10lbs lost.

    you might look at some other interval training sites for different routines that might suit you better but interval training is the fastest way to lose weight doing cardio.
