I need to lose about 25 pounds in 2 months?

for breakfast: i eat oatmeal

for lunch: a plain salad with tomatoes

for dinner: boiled fish or chicken

when i get hungry i eat apples or grapes

i exercise for 2 hours. in the morning too

i drink about 9 glasses of water a day

how much will i lose in 2 months.

i weigh 152

  6. Diet seems pretty solid.  Try to change it up though - by that I mean, more meals in smaller portions (as opposed to just three normal sized meals).  By having 5 or so smaller portions of food, your metabolism will increase.

    Dont over do it on the exercising - two hours seems a little too much for how many calories you're going to be intaking.  Try 1 hour and 20 minutes at most.  The most important part of weight loss is what you eat - not how necessarily much you hit the gym.

    With this diet, 25 lbs sounds pretty reasonable in 2 months.  Great job!
