Question:

I need to lose belly fat.. I recently had a breast reduction and now i can see my belly.. Help..?

So i've cut out pop, i drink water and on occasion some lemonade. I take the stairs at home (16 flights) just to get to my apartment.. i don't take the elevator.. i'm watching what i eat.. I'm currently 5'6 and weigh 262 lbs.. I used to weigh 320 now i'm at a plateau.. i don't know what else to do.. i had the reduction so i can be more active.. does anyone have any ideas??

Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle.   5. alot of the time when you reach a plateau you need to change your exersise routine  a little and your just start loosing weight ago... have you though about taking up swiming??? even if its just an hour a week or something it will end up making a diffrance... or you could take up dancing.. like salsa...

    you cant exsatly shoose were you loose weight from but you can tone.. try searching for come core strengthening exersises as well, as they weill aid your stomach mussels
