Okay im 14, male, im 6 foot, and about 160 lbs. my stomach has body fat and i know to get abs i need to lose the body fat. Now, don't be a f***ing smart *** with me and please give me an actual answer. I dont wanna buy a plan, pills, or anything that involves money. I'll admit i'm kind of weak when it comes to trying to lose weight because i usually give up a few days into it. So what exercizes do i need to do, what should i eat, when should i eat. and approximately how long would it take me to lose 20 lbs? please help.
