I need to lose it fast!!!?

okay i need to fit into a dress and i'm losing weight but not that fast its all in my stomach though not really any where else, any way to lose it fast i dont really care if it is healthy or not anymore help!

    are you sick and tired of being overweight?

    i recommend reading the ph miracle for weight loss by Robert Young.

    he is a microbiologist that looks at the blood

    you need to alkalize your bloods ph to lose weight.

    unfortunally it is a life change - one that many people are not willing to take - but its your life.

    if you went on a vegetable juice fast you would lose weight (prob. about 1/2 pound a day)

    seriously i suggest this book or a "all raw" book

    a vegetable fast would be great for your health and weight loss

  2. You just need to keep working out and eating healthy.

    Avoid junk and eat things like apples and peanut butter, mini carrots with ranch, PB&J, salads with lowfat dressings. Just watch what you intake.

    Have morning workouts and go for a jog later in the day.

    Don't turn to pills and other garbage. Lose it the natural and healthy way.

    And even if you don't loose the weight that you had in mind, you still lost some weight and you are probably much healthier now. And after you fit into the dress, continue with your routines and you will be all around fit.

  3. drink nothing but water, puke your guts out, and go jogging for 3 hours take a break then roller blade for another 3 hours, then bike for 4 hours then do a million sit ups, you sure would lose weight quick and end up in the hospital, you cant lose weight fast in a healthy way, you do realize that if you ever fit into this dress you will gain back all the weight plus more if you go back to old habits, like what you eat and how you exercises, eat right stay active and drink water, good luck.

  4. stop eating or look up the maple syrup water diet. it work 20 lbs. in 2 weeks.

    Also.. eat 3 meals a day, small portions, pretty much, eat half as much as you usually do.

    And i think the most important thing is.. drink LOTS of water.

    As for exercise, Run alittle, every other day, but not everyday.
