I need to lose nine pounds by august 25th

how and i am 14 5'2 140 pounds and was told that nine pounds would be very sufficient and was told that losing nine pounds was very possible in three weeks so opinions and help please

  1. Why don't you do an e***a?  That will flush out at least 5 pounds of p**p.


  2. try to eat better use a calorie counter you are suppose to have about 2,000 a day. make sure you exercise its one of the main ways to lose weight. try walking or running early in the morning or late at night when its cool out.

  6. The number nine is a silly number.  You don't need to lose nine pounds, you need to make changes to your life style that will increase your health.  Chose foods that you know are better and try to find different ways to exercise.

  8. Reduce carbs to no more than 20 grams per day. Walk at least 2-3 miles a day, and you should get there rather easily. Drink plenty of water or water base drinks, (at least  2 liters a day) to prevent kidney problems. Also, consider taking a few fiber pills a day to prevent consitpation.

  9. People will tell you all sorts of complicated things, like eat more of this, less of that, do these exercises to work these muscles, etc.

    However, in the end, all it comes down to is the simple equation:

    Food Intake - Calories Burned = Weight Loss

    In order to keep track, I would recommend keeping a food diary and exercise log.  You'd be shocked to see how many calories you are actually eating eating each day.  Also, writing down when you exercise will help you maintain a regular schedule.

  11. I would recommend going to the gym three times a week doing cardio-vascular exercises. after 3 weeks it should be dropping off you. U will feel better in yourself 2. I am a gym instructor and would advise you to do this as soon as you can. When you start this exercise in the gym also eat healthly e.g fruit, salad, chicken, pasta, and mainly anything with carbohydrates in it and not much fat. The chicken is for protein to build and recover muscle after a workout.  

  12. An easy way would be conditioning. for example jogging. anything that will keep you heart wrkin hard. than try to eat a few different healthy things
