  1. Well my wife takes a product to lose weight. She has been on it for a month and she lost %'s of body fat and that makes her looks alot smaller plus she is not on any special diets. I think that the name of the product is stemulife, i'm not sure but if you search for that name on google you're going to find the website.

  5. Yahis has a decent site, except that it is wrong in some aspects. Extra "energy" as the site claims is not stored as fat. Fat is stored as fat. If you eat fat, you will have fat.

    Think this through, your leanest steak has 20+% fat in it.

    if you cut your fat intake, you will start to to lose the weight. You're body fat will be somewhere around the amount of fat you intake. Take for example a vegan diet, which is 10% fat. The average person on a vegan diet has less than 10% body fat.

    So in short, if you want to lose weight and you already work out, turn to a healthy diet, which to me vegan is the best diet there is. You get all your vitamins and nutrients from the best sources there are.
